DescriptionThe Turnpike Gallery is the only purpose built art gallery in the borough, opened in 1971, and located in the Turnpike Centre in Leigh. The gallery aims to show the best in contemporary art and engage visitors with a variety of artists through its programme of exhibitions, learning and outreach.
